Campfire in Serengeti

“Campfire of Serengeti,” draws the experience of sitting around a campfire during our stay in a mobile camp in the Serengeti. The Serengeti’s vast, open landscape, combined with the warmth and flickering light of the campfire, left a lasting impression on me.

I’ve used bold strokes and a vibrant palette to evoke the dynamic energy of the campfire against the dark backdrop of the African night. The interplay of warm oranges, yellows, and reds reflects the flames dancing in the night, while the deep blues and greens represent the encroaching darkness of the Serengeti wilderness. The vertical lines suggest the movement of the fire’s flames, reaching upwards, while the textured surface adds a sense of the rugged terrain and the primal beauty of the landscape.

“Campfire of Serengeti” tries to capture that unforgettable evening—where the fire’s glow not only provided warmth and light but also connected us to the timeless and untamed beauty of the Serengeti.
