The “Weeping Willow” in my back garden has been a silent and steadfast companion for the last 21 years. This tree was there long before I arrived and will continue to grace the garden long after I am gone. Its presence has always given me a deep sense of peace and calmness.
The cascading leaves, the subtle movements in the breeze, and the way it stands tall yet gracefully bowed all inspired me to put brush to canvas. Every time I look at her, I am reminded of the serenity and stability she has brought to my life, the feeling of shelter and solace, in its shade.
